Vision

‘Strategy is characterized by choice of location, the ‘Blue Ocean’ strategy and the principle of ‘The Butterfly Effect’, in which ultimately the business case and ratios will be decisive.’

The world is transforming at a rapid pace, where old values and starting points disappear and make room for new insights, targets and processes, inspired and initiated by well-educated, ambitious, communicatively skilled and internationally oriented juniors.

For zoos in general, this transition means a special challenge. This ‘ZooVolution’ will result in the ambassadorship for nature, nature conservation, nature education and socially responsible thinking and entrepreneurship, including sustainability, being the essence of zoos’ right to exist. A visit will due to the changing composition of visitors, be experienced as a special experience.
Inspirational Imagineering creates innovations for existing and newly developed zoos, partly based on Darwin’s ‘Survival of the Fittest’ philosophy.
Strategy is characterized by choice of location, the ‘Blue Ocean’ strategy and the principle of ‘The Butterfly Effect’, in which ultimately the business case and ratios will be of decisive nature.

In this frame of mind, inspired by years of experience and having a specific vision, Zoo Consultants thinks that she can make an important contribution to this ‘ZooVolution’.

Vison and beyond

Animal parks in general and classical zoos in particular will quickly change, innovate or disappear.

Nature reserves all over the world will increasingly occupy the place and function of an animal park.

Animal parks etc. in urban environments and nature reserves in rural areas will increasingly use similar points of departure in the areas of policy, management, education, nature conservation and marketing.

In the future 50 years, many animal species will no longer be kept in animal parks in the “Western World” due to new insights and social pressure.

Lewa Wildlife Conservancy

Zoo Consultants has a special warm heart for this wonderful project and is therefore looking for interested organizations and agencies to be involved in Lewa Wildlife Conservancy.
